Operating from our London HQ and our dedicated Foundry and Fabrication facility in Cornwall, we support clients in the UK and internationally.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Studio Lead to join our team in Cornwall. This is a key leadership role that combines project coordination, team management, and studio operations. The successful candidate will have experience in project-based environments and a drive to lead with clarity and ambition. This is an ideal position for someone looking to step into a dynamic and varied role at the heart of a creative production studio.

You will oversee daily operations at the Cornwall site, manage schedules and fabrication workflows, support the team, and ensure the smooth running of projects from conception to delivery. The role also includes responsibility for procurement, facilities management, stock control and client liaison.

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Support, guide and motivate a small, skilled team. Foster a positive, collaborative and efficient work environment. Oversee programme for future apprentices including acting as liaison with further education provider(s).
  • Project Coordination: Manage project timelines and workflows, ensuring all stages are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Studio Operations: Oversee day-to-day studio and facilities management, ensuring safe, tidy and well-organised workspaces.
  • Health & Safety: Champion safe working practices across the site and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Procurement & Stock: Oversee purchasing of tools, materials, and consumables; supervise the maintenance of stock levels and inventory systems.
  • Systems and Processes: Maintain and improve company systems, ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients as required, ensuring clear and update the company CRM system
