Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced glass studio manager to lead our growing team of skilled glass technicians. This exciting role offers the chance to develop and grow within a company known for delivering unique, exciting, and often challenging projects in the UK and abroad. The new studio manager will have the opportunity to work closely with, the founder, to learn about our systems, equipment, and processes over the next year. This is a rare opportunity to gain insights from someone with extensive knowledge and experience in the glass industry and a global reputation.

Cast Glass

Fused Glass

Slumped/Kiln formed

Laminating - EVA

Laminating - Cold Pour

Gilding

Verre Eglomise Gilding

Stained Glass / Leading

Silvering - Mirror Making

Cold Work Processes

If you are an established glass maker there is potential to still deliver your own projects alongside this role. The owner is open to conversations.
