Job Summary

A full-time role managing Bow Arts’ studio buildings and housing across London. Ensuring safe, efficient property management, building and maintaining good relationships with artists and designers and makers, and maximising charitable income to support Bow Arts’ charitable aims.

Job Description

Established in 1995, Bow Arts Trust has grown to become one of London's leading affordable workspace providers for emerging artists and creative professionals. We champion lifelong learning and inspire future generations of young people to access the arts.

We support over 1,000 professional artists, designers and makers with the infrastructure and practical support, skills and training they need to build networks that help them become successful and sustainable. Through our studios we invest and work with our local neighborhoods, helping to improve opportunities for people to access our creative skills.

Bow Arts is well known for its innovative approach to developing and managing active, friendly, and affordable workspaces and housing for London's creative artists, designers and makers.

We are looking for someone with initiative and drive, who is practical and resourceful, good with people and problem solving, and who would like to work as part of a friendly, busy professional staff team.

You will be working to ensure that all aspects of the organisation's property portfolio are efficiently and safely managed and that good relationships are built and maintained with the studio artists, designers and makers, to maximise charitable income and support Bow Arts' charitable aims.

The post is a mix of office-based and regular, site-based work at our studio and housing buildings across London. You will be responsible for managing all activity relating to the studio spaces within your portfolio. Your portfolio may change depending on changes to the team or when we take on new / close down end of lease studio sites.
