Studio Manager, MACK

Working in the busy MACK studio in Brockley, South-East London, this is an exciting, front-of-house role encompassing office operations. The Studio Manager will be responsible for the upkeep of our three spaces, which are all in the same location, as well as providing key support to all teams. This is a full- time role requiring office attendance but hours can be adapted to suit personal circumstances.

Key duties will include:

• First point of contact for all enquiries in person, via phone and support email inbox
• Receiving and arranging courier deliveries/collections
• Day-to-day upkeep of our three studios along Dragonfly Place
• Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and technology
• Other related office/studio support
• Customer service
• Helping with shipping out all Special Edition and Rare Book orders for web and trade

The successful candidate to this role will be organized and personable self-starter, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
