Rochester Square is seeking a Studio Operations and Community Lead to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for studio members and staff. This role oversees day-to-day operations while managing communication, coordination, and community engagement. Key responsibilities include handling member and applicant enquiries, overseeing timelines, stock management and invoicing, organising events, and supporting the Co- Founder/Director with long-term strategic development. The ideal candidate is highly organised, open-minded, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic creative setting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience working with artists and within an arts environment is highly desirable.You will report directly to the co-founder/director Francesca Anfossi and work closely with the artist production manager Ewelina Bartkowska to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Experience managing a studio or office team. Excellent time-management and communication skills. Strong multitasking ability and problem-solving skills. Warm, approachable, and confident working both independently and as part of a team. Excellent spoken and written English. Ability to identify and resolve issues with patience and courtesy. Hands-on, proactive attitude. Knowledge of Google Drive, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite. Interest and/or experience in ceramics, art, or design is a bonus. Must be able to work using your own devices (computer and phone).
