Studio Supervisor, Pottery Café

Pottery Cafe Battersea is looking for a Part-Time Studio Supervisor to join our small and friendly team on Northcote Road.

We are London's original decorating studio for bisque fired pottery, and offer a relaxed environment for people to paint a mug, enjoy quality coffee, and shop our extensive range of Jellycats and Emma Bridgewater pottery.

The contract is for 24 hours per week minimum, however, this is open to discussion to best suit the chosen candidate.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests and keep the studio atmosphere relaxed + friendly
• Lead the floor during busy sessions
• Support daily operations + help run smooth shifts
• Keep the studio tidy, organised and well presented
• Assist with collections (bagging/sorting) and studio organisation
• Help train new staff
• Support evenings and private events

What We're Looking For:

• Great with people, friendly, confident, calm and genuinely warm
• Strong customer service experience (hospitality highly desired)
• Reliable + organised
• Happy to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Team player with great energy
