Key responsibilities include maintaining studio equipment and loading and firing kilns. You will also provide technical support during community workshops, helping to deliver a high-quality experience for all studio users. This is a role suited for someone with hands-on ceramics experience and a strong understanding of studio processes-particularly kiln operation, and health and safety protocols. Experience in an educational or community arts setting is desirable, along with excellent organisational and communication skills.
