Reporting to our Ticketing & Membership Systems Manager, the Ticketing & Membership Systems Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of ticketing, membership, and donation systems. This includes setting up and maintaining CRM and CMS systems while ensuring seamless online pathways for users. The role involves system testing, troubleshooting, and supporting digital platforms both internally and with third-party providers.
The ideal candidate will have strong database and CMS knowledge, excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and experience in customer service. They should demonstrate flexibility, a proactive mindset, and a can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. The role requires working under pressure, collaborating effectively with teams, communicating with our audience and adapting to changing business needs.
