Talent Agent - Experienced Producer with Industry Connections, Last Looks Beauty LTD

This role is for 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours at your discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage existing relationships in the industry to secure new bookings for artists.
• Identify and approach productions that need hair, makeup, barbering, manicurists or face/body painting services.
• Maintain a flexible part-time schedule while driving substantial business growth.
• Work closely with the Last Looks Beauty team to understand our offerings and client needs.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an agent or a producer with strong industry connections in the UK film, TV, or commercial sectors.
• Demonstrated success in securing deals or bookings in similar environments.
• Passionate about inclusion, and supporting diversity in the industry.
• Ability to work part-time and autonomously while delivering results.

Compensation:

• Training/admin tasks paid at £13/hr.
• Part-time, commission-based role (10% per booking).

Here's an example of a commission breakdown if you book an artist on a shoot:

• Let's say a commercial production requires hair and makeup services for a 3-day shoot, and the total cost for the HMUA services is £3,000. As the agent, you would earn a 10% commission on this booking.

  Example Calculation:

• Total HMUA fee for the project: £3,000
• Commission rate: 10%
• Your commission: £300

• This same principle applies whether it's a smaller, one-day shoot or a larger film or TV production with multiple artists over several days. The more bookings you secure, the more you earn.
