We are seeking an exceptional teacher to join the School of English, Languages, and Classics. The ideal candidate will be flexible and capable of teaching A Levels in English Combined and English Language. Additionally, there may be a requirement to teach GCSE English Language resit classes. You will require a degree in a relevant subject area and a proven track record of delivering high-quality English provision at KS4 and KS5. The School of English, Languages, and Classics is a large and successful department. In addition to our A Levels in English and GCSE resit programme, we offer A Levels in Classical Civilisation, French, Spanish, and German, as well as various Functional English Skills courses at Entry Level 3, Level 1, and Level 2. Many of our English courses exceed national benchmarks, and we consistently achieve high levels of student satisfaction in our learner surveys. We are looking for a dedicated English teacher who can design and deliver creative and impactful lessons, taking a student-centred approach to learning.
