Team Leader (Merchandising), National Museums Liverpool

You will play a key role in maximising profitability by monitoring gross profit margins and analysing the performance of individual product lines. This includes ensuring the effective maintenance of the EPOS system and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers or sales agents to support operational efficiency.

You will lead the development and delivery of NML's online shop, overseeing product selection, photography, and marketing to ensure a compelling and commercially successful digital retail experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with both managerial and front of house colleagues across the Audiences & Media, Finance, and Retail, to drive sales and enhance the customer journey.

As a team leader, you will manage and inspire the merchandising team to deliver the merchandising strategy and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Working in partnership with the Merchandising Manager, you will help shape a product offer that reflects the breadth and quality of NML's world-class collections and exhibitions - creating memorable experiences for all and challenging expectations.
