Job Description Job Title: Tech Swing Production: Paranormal Activity Location: Ambassadors Theatre Start Date: TBC Likely to be w/c Monday 24th November 2025, with potential earlier days by mutual agreement End Date: See Below Responsible to: Company Manager / Production Manager Salary: Basic rate of £746.99 per week (SOLT/Bectu Grade 2). All additional payments as per the SOLT/Bectu agreement paid in the week they are due (other than holiday pay which will be paid at the end of the engagement). Melting Pot Productions are looking for a Tech Swing, for the West End production of Paranormal Activity, opening at the Ambassadors Theatre later this year. Production Details: James and Lou move from Chicago to London to escape their past, but they soon discover that places aren't haunted, people are... Inspired by the iconic, terrifying film series, Paranormal Activity is a new story live on stage. Paranormal Activity is directed by Felix Barett, designed by Fly Davis, illusions by Chris Fisher, Lighting Design by Anna Watson, Sound Design by Gareth Fry and Video Design by Luke Halls. Schedule: It will be an 8-performance week with 2 matinee performances. No holiday to be taken. Option to extend be taken up by Friday 30th January 2026. The Tech Swing will support the Stage Management Team, Head of Sound and Head of LX/Video with the ability to deputise for them as required. During a standard performance the Tech Swing will have a minimal stage track and will be the first point of contract to troubleshoot technical issues during the performance.
