Technical Manager for a new 410-seat "off Broadway" style Theatre and Entertainment Venue in London WC2

Tecnical Manager for Emerald Theatre, opening June 2025 with "Dita von Teese presents Diamonds & Dust" as headline show.

Lead on all technical operations across performances, rehearsals, and events, ensuring smooth, safe delivery.

Strong working knowledge of lighting, sound, and stage systems, with hands-on experience in a live performance venue.

Proven ability to manage technical operations under pressure, with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Comfortable liaising with visiting companies, creatives, and production teams to deliver high-quality shows.

Familiarity with health and safety protocols in a theatre environment, including risk assessments and compliance.

Experience supervising small teams or freelance crews, with good communication and organisational skills.

Maintain venue infrastructure and technical equipment to professional standards, including scheduling regular inspections.

Oversee compliance with health and safety legislation, including risk assessments, fire safety, and licensing requirements.

Act as primary point of contact for in-house productions and visiting companies' technical teams, supporting get-ins, fit-ups, and get-outs.

Manage freelance and casual technical crew, including scheduling, supervision, and contributing to recruitment and training.
