About the Role We're looking for a Technical Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations Team, playing a key role in transitioning customers onto the Ticketsolve platform seamlessly. This role ensures a smooth customer transition onto Ticketsolve by managing data migration, training, and process integration, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Work closely with Support, Product, and Customer Success Teams to streamline onboarding processes and enhance customer experience, ensuring project timelines are met and customers feel fully supported as they adopt Ticketsolve. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in data handling, data migration, and project management. The position requires strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and SQL.
