Job Summary

Frieze London and Frieze Masters are returning to The Regents Park between 15–19 October 2025. We are seeking temporary staff to support the delivery of the fairs.

Job Description

We are hiring for the following roles:

Accreditation Team

Cloakroom and Bag drop Runners

Distribution Team

Exhibitor Assistants

Vetting Scribers

Sales and Information staff

PR/Press Team

Tour Desk Assistants

VIP Assistants

Post Room Staff

Closing date for applications: 5pm BST, Friday 1st August 2025.

Applicants for all positions should be available between 14th October & 19th October 2025; some positions may begin and end earlier and later than these dates.

If you are interested in working at the fair but are not certain which department would be the best fit, you can write "General Application" in the subject line.

Please use your covering letter to show how you are suited to the position and to list any dates you will be unavailable for interview between 11th & 22nd August, plus any dates you would be unavailable to work between 9th and 21st October. Listing language skills is also helpful.

Applicants will be interviewed virtually between 11th & 22nd August 2025. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply at their earliest convenience.

Hourly Rate: ÂŁ14 per hour

Expected working hours: Up to 40hrs per week

All applicants must have a valid National Insurance (NI) number, a UK bank account, a Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) number, and the legal right to work in the UK. We are unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship or those on a student visa with restricted work conditions, as these roles involve working more than 20 hours per week. Please note, engagement will be conditional upon the candidate's eligibility to work on a freelance basis. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who meet the legal criteria for self-employed work in the UK.
