There is a £3000 Fee and £1000 Materials Budget attached to each piece. This equates to 16.5 days work to cover both participatory sessions and dedicated artistic/planning time, with additional rolled up holiday pay at 12.07% of the total day rate. Project Planning & Design: - Develop an engaging and sensitive plan for eight collaborative sessions, outlining the creative process and heritage techniques and heritage influences/stimuli to be used. - Lead workshops with effective communication to Community Facilitators and Assistant Facilitators, delegating effectively.
