Expressions of interest are invited from those who have experience of running arts organisations, working with artists, managing small part time teams of staff and volunteers and with the appropriate administrative, financial and communication skills to lead and manage a company of this kind.
Expected working days average 2.5 8hr days/week, flexible, particularly during the Festival in October.
