Using industry research and sales analysis, take responsibility for Park Theatre's overall pricing structures, making sure that commercial imperatives are met, while ensuring that ticket pricing places the theatre appropriately in the marketplace Devise and deliver sales strategies for in-house productions and runs where Park Theatre has a financial interest, adopting a proactive approach, utilising dynamic pricing, offers (direct sales and third-party agents) and adjusting banding where necessary Supply regular sales data and analysis to visiting production marketing teams Work with the Sales and Marketing Director to ensure ticket pricing and provision of affordable tickets supports the audience development strategy Manage the interface between Park Theatre's website and Spektrix ticketing system, maintain an efficient user experience for our customers, foregrounding the upselling of membership and ancillary items, as well as philanthropic giving Build all production runs and events in Spektrix, ensure that pricing, seating plans, concessions and priority booking are configured accurately Set up new external Ticket Agencies via API Manage relationships with and regular financial reconciliation of external Ticketing Agents and activity, putting robust processes in place for deal sheets, live campaigns Support the Sales & Ticketing Manager to oversee the Box Office operation - recruitment and onboarding, training and ongoing Maintain compliance with GDPR, PCI and ensure the team apply these consistently Work with the Finance team to ensure that Box Office accounting is accurate, and compliance reporting is kept up to date Email CV and covering letter to [email protected]Job Summary
