Job Summary

We are looking for a Ticketing Executive to work as part of the Ticketing Services team to administer the ticketing system, with a particular focus on set up duties. 

Job Description

What you'll be doing...

System set-up and administration

  • Assist or carry out the setup of shows, offers, allocations, upsells, packages or other ticketing system set up duties as directed by their line manager.
  • Set up ticket agent deals and liaise with the ticket agent to ensure deal/price/offer is working either through API, allocation or both.
  • Set up allocations and price types as required.
  • Manage price lists as directed ensuring the financial capacities are correctly reflected.
  • Assist the box office teams with set up and resolving queries.
  • Liaise with LW Groups Dept and Phone room as required.
  • Set up scheduled reports as required.

Implementation of policy and strategy

  • Work with the Ticketing Services team to deliver on ticketing policies that are profitable and beneficial to LW Tickets and that support both productions in LW Theatre venues and external clients.
  • Assist in achieving financial targets.
  • Act as a point of contact for requests from internal departments and external clients for the services department as required.
  • Advise producers and promoters on optimum ways to achieve their objectives within the ticketing system set up as appropriate in collaboration with the other members of the Ticketing Services team.

Other

  • Undertake or contribute to ad-hoc tasks and project work as reasonably required

What we need...

  • In depth knowledge or experience of using at least one ticketing system.
  • Experience with Line-up systems beneficial but not essential.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • IT literacy.
  • Knowledge of box office processes and procedures.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver work to set timescales.
  • A flexible approach and positive attitude towards changing priorities.

Salary & Hours:

  • £40,000 per annum
  • Hours of Work: 35 Hours over 5 days, usually Monday - Friday (evening and weekend work may be required to meet business requirements)
