Ticketing Team Leader - 37.5 hours per week, £28,957.35 per annum plus staff benefits

Located withinLowry, Quaytickets is an award-winning ticketing agency at the heart of the UK's live entertainment scene. We provide ticketing services for the Lowry's theatres, galleries, and educational workshops, as well as for over 20 clients nationwide. From theatre and opera to comedy, festivals, and immersive experiences - we help audiences access unforgettable events.

We are looking for a Ticketing Team Leader to assist in the efficient management of the contact centre based ticket sales team. Working in our 50 seat contact centre, the successful candidate will ensure that the highest levels of customer care are provided at all times whilst maintaining a specific focus on business goals in terms of maximizing ticket sales and revenue.

Excellent communication, customer care, and people and performance management skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of computerised Box Office systems and of Call Centre Management Systems. They will also have experience of managing staff and of managing the day to day operations of a team in a contact centre environment.

Please note that the working pattern for this role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
