We are currently looking for a friendly, creative and proactive Paid Intern to join ScriptEM, to support our Free Playwriting Course at Blackfrairs Theatre, Boston (Lincolnshire), across in-person and online events. This placement is ideal for students, recent graduates or individuals interested in working in theatre, culture and/or educational environments. This is a paid placement designed to provide insight into arts facilitation and cultural engagement, with a specific focus on theatre, in which the intern will receive mentoring and hands-on experience in the delivery of an arts education project. An opportunity to gain hands on experience in developing and delivering arts learning activity, this placement will help one individual to discover their voice as facilitator, whilst building relationships with leading regional cultural organisations. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives and will provide accommodations as necessary. Ages 18+ with a right to work in the UK. No previous experience is necessary. We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual, with a can-do attitude, based in or close to Boston. You will be fully briefed by the team so you are confident in your role. This position will consist of: £480 total fee inclusive of all expenses.
