Our opportunity: The Training and Education Officer will play a central role in the successful delivery and continuous development of the BAFTA Albert Academy, Education Partnership Programme, and wider training initiatives. The role is responsible for coordinating a diverse programme of learning activity, supporting and managing our network of expert trainers and partners, and ensuring the smooth operational delivery of training throughout the year. Working closely with colleagues across the team and wider Albert community, the postholder will drive operational excellence across all aspects of programme delivery, support the monitoring and evaluation of training impact, and help ensure that sustainability and climate literacy are effectively embedded throughout our educational offer. The role will also provide support in the planning and delivery of training events, workshops and stakeholder engagements as required.
