Full-time | Monday-Friday (occasional weekends, TOIL provided)

Location: London-based with UK travel. Hybrid working when not delivering.

We began as professional actors and now use storytelling to transform visitor experiences across the cultural, heritage and tourism sectors. Our aim is simple: delight visitors and deliver measurable ROI.

We work across five areas: Staffing, Training, Tour Creation, Consultancy, and Events & Shows. This role sits at the centre of our Training division, with occasional Duty Management cover supporting staffing when needed.

The Role

As Training Manager, you'll deliver practical, high-impact training for visitor-facing teams.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver core training programmes: Complete Storytelling, Complete Sales and Complete Visitor Experience

Deliver bespoke training in leadership, coaching, tour design, volunteer engagement, venue openings and increasing secondary spend (including memberships and donations)

Refresh course materials, manage client relationships and support light sales activity when not delivering

Provide occasional Duty Management cover, responding calmly and efficiently to people and client needs

Pitch in where required, including team leading and staffing support at major London cultural attractions

The Package Salary: £32,000-£35,000 DOE, with clear progression

Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

Travel: En-suite accommodation, breakfast and £30-£50 per diem on projects
