Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded Manager to maximise income generation through venue hires to support the charitable aims of the Story Museum. You will have experience of, and enjoy, delivering high quality events from concept through to completion.
Main purpose
- Lead the Venue Hire & Events Team to maximise income and take overall responsibility for event management across the organisation to contribute to the success and sustainability of The Story Museum.
- Increase the number of premium events such as weddings and conferences and exploit opportunities during periods of low activity elsewhere in the Museum.
- Proactively uphold the quality of the visitor experience and customer service to ensure all our visitors experience a warm welcome and a satisfied goodbye.
