Venue Manager - Box Office & Reception, Wilton's Music Hall

To manage the Box Office and casual box office team to provide excellent service by telephone, in-person and online to Wilton's Music Hall customers, ensuring that data is captured accurately and effectively using the Spektrix ticketing system, and to be the face of Wilton's Music Hall for the public, covering duties for both Box Office and reception.
