Land of Iron is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Visitor Experience and Volunteer Officer to join our team. This is a key role in shaping the visitor journey and supporting our volunteer programme as part of a growing and ambitious heritage attraction. You will champion our visitors' needs, ensuring tours and experiences are welcoming, engaging and accessible. Working closely with colleagues across events, learning and retail, you will help develop income opportunities and ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality visit. You will also lead on volunteering across the museum, developing strategies to recruit, support and inspire volunteers while strengthening partnerships and ensuring meaningful and rewarding placements. We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, strong organisational ability and experience in visitor-facing or volunteer management roles. Part-time (21 hours per week.
