Visitor Services Supervisor, Pallant House Gallery

Pallant House Gallery is renowned for its warm welcome, award-winning buildings and exceptional service. We are looking for a confident, personable Visitor Services Supervisor who has excellent customer service skills and is committed to ensuring that our visitor experience is warm, welcoming and engaging.

The Visitor Service Supervisor ensures the safety and security of the building, its contents, staff, volunteers and visitors, at all times. The ability to remain calm under pressure is essential. Following training in all aspects of the role, the Visitor Services Supervisor will act as a Duty Manager, Fire Marshal and First Aider whilst on duty.

This is a permanent contract, either part time or full time (37.5hrs per week) hours are available but must include Sundays.
