Introduction

London Art Collective (LAC) is a leading art advisory and curatorial services company based in London, dedicated to connecting independent artists with global opportunities. Our portfolio includes public art exhibitions, art collections, artist support programs, artist visas, and building international art networks.

We are now looking for a talented Visual Designer to shape the visual identity of our brand across digital and physical platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise in graphic, motion, and 3D design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong 3D design & rendering skills (experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max preferred).
  • Motion design experience (proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, or other animation tools is a plus).
  • A keen eye for visual storytelling-able to translate brand messaging into high-impact visuals.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, with the ability to create designs tailored to different styles and audiences.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced work environments with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills-able to collaborate across departments and execute creative briefs effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Brand Visual Design: Create visually compelling content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, including posters, banners, video thumbnails, animations, and more.
  • Creative Content Production: Develop high-quality visual assets aligned with market trends and brand identity, enhancing engagement and brand recognition.
  • Social Media & Digital Content: Design and optimize promotional materials, including motion graphics, short video edits, and 3D renders to increase conversion rates.
  • Marketing & Event Design: Support online and offline marketing events, such as exhibitions, product launches, and promotional campaigns, by providing visually striking materials.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to maintain a consistent and engaging visual style across all platforms.
