The wardrobe department will take overall responsibility for the maintenance and dressing of all costumes for the production to the standard of the Designer and the Costume Supervisor's specifications for the production. Duties will include the cleaning, laundering and running repairs of all costumes as required to maintain the appearance of all costumes, supporting quick changes, organisation backstage, and participating in the wardrobe get in and get out and all duties expected of a touring wardrobe department on a first class touring production. Essential skills include experience of working in a similar role on a large-scale production or equivalent, the ability to work under pressure, good pastoral skills, and strong administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills.
