Job Description

Babylon Migrants Project is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Workshop Developer to help us refine and develop the portfolio of workshops we deliver for other organisations. A key part of the role will be working with our Leap graduates - a cohort of young people with lived experience of displacement who have trained with Babylon as facilitators - to develop workshops on subjects they are passionate about. Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing/auditing

  • Reviewing previous workshops in order to become familiar with our existing style and previous areas of focus
  • Liaising with Babylon staff and facilitators to gain and understanding of current provision, our needs, the skills and expertise within the team, and the audiences of our external workshops
  • Providing recommendations for areas of improvement for existing workshops

Workshop development

  • Developing an agreed number of creative workshops for Babylon facilitators to deliver, taking into account the skills, interests and needs within the team, as well as our mission and values
  • Providing one-to-one support for Leap Programme graduates so they can develop new workshops to deliver on behalf of Babylon
