We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the Director to support the leadership of a fast-paced event production company. This role is essential to the daily operations of the Director's office and involves a strong focus on administrative support, research, and project coordination. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing documents, maintaining records, and assisting with budgeting and vendor communications. You will also conduct in-depth research on venues, suppliers, talent, and industry trends to support strategic planning and event execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical. Experience in event production or entertainment is a plus, but a strong administrative background and a passion for the industry are key.
