Description
We’re growing something gentle…Supper circles. Walking groups. Reflective spaces. Moments of connection that feel held, intentional, and real. We’re looking for a Community Events & Online Presence Coordinator to help nurture this rhythm — weaving together gatherings and a light online presence.
We are seeking a Community Events and Online Presence Coordinator to help create and nurture a soulful, reflective ecosystem of small gatherings, shared meals, walking groups, peer to peer talking circles, as well as our online presence. This role is about protecting atmosphere and coherence - ensuring events are promoted with subtlety, participants are welcomed thoughtfully, and our community feels gently held.
You will craft messages and outreach to support these gatherings, create and manage our light online presence, and carefully steward the invitations and coherence of the community, keeping its rhythm intentional. Working in harmony with me, the events, and the wider community, you will help coordinate and refine the rhythm of gatherings. The emphasis is not on scaling or branding, but on cultivating belonging, slowly and intentionally.
You'll be working with someone who is highly creative and emotionally attuned, and who values reflection, nature, holistic approaches, and spirituality. I'm looking for a collaborator to help sustain that rhythm in community.
- Coordinate small gatherings, supper circles, walking groups, & reflective community events.
- Work alongside my PA (who manages logistics) to ensure gatherings are well supported and aligned.
- Manage event invitations, RSVPs, and thoughtfully curate groups to ensure the right dynamic.
- Keep coherence across different strands of activity (walks, meals, circles, online content) so the community feel connected in rhythm and tone.
Practicalities
- Location: Leicester-based preferred (LE8 - countryside office), but remote possible with periodic in-person involvement for planning and occasional gatherings.
- Hours of Work: Approx. 6-12 per week, flexible, but ideally weekday mornings.
- Rate of Pay: £15-£18 per hour depending on experience.
Online Presence
- Create light-touch social media posts, newsletters, and reflections - with poetic clarity and restraint.
- Share community updates across Instagram, newsletters, and messaging apps, ensuring communications feel aligned and intentional.
- Respond to community messages and enquiries with warmth and discretion.
Boundary Stewardship
- Hold the map of what is public vs. private - ensuring some events remain quiet, invitation-only spaces.
- Support ethical, discreet promotion of open events while protecting the integrity of private ones.
- Gently discern when a gathering may not be the right fit for someone, to ensure everyone is in harmony with the community's values and atmosphere.
- Act as a guardian of privacy and sacred space: no event photos will be taken or shared by us or community members, and mobile phones will not be present at the supper table or in reflective spaces.
- Only use atmospheric photo's that don't identify any community participants for publicity.
Skills & Experience
- Strong written & verbal communication skills - able to write with poetic clarity and emotional resonance.
- Proven experience coordinating events or community gatherings, ideally in reflective, therapeutic, or creative settings.
- Confident using digital tools (Instagram, newsletters, Canva, Mailchimp, WhatsApp/Telegram, scheduling tools, social media, Microsoft suite, etc).
- Experience balancing community growth with confidentiality and discretion.
- Organised and reliable in managing event logistics, RSVPs, and schedules.
Personal Qualities
- Emotionally attuned & grounded; able to hold space through communication and coordination, without ego.
- Warm, approachable, & authentic in communication.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, able to balance flexibility with reliability.
- Creative thinker with a subtle sense of aesthetics and tone.
- Enthusiastic about intentional community-building and reflective practices.
- Discerning & confident in upholding boundaries
To apply, please send your CV along with a short written reflection (a few paragraphs) sharing:

2. How you’ve held presence in creative, community, or therapeutic spaces.
3. A glimpse of what you love about intentional rhythm.
4. Briefly, how you would envisage setting up and nurturing one of the communities mentioned (e.g. supper circle or reflective gathering).
