Assess evaluation reports of previous editions of NHM to understand how the programme has been delivered, its successes and opportunities for growth. Assess previous NHM budgets to cost out activities and resources used in its delivery. Speak with individuals who have been involved in its development and delivery to better understand it. Review whether the management and operation of NHM should stay within the Arts, Heritage & Events team, or if there is another team or organisation that might be better placed to oversee future operations. Assess plans for Newham Heritage Centre around programming and engagement. Also develop an understanding of staff structure and budget. Identify activities that could be continued from current NHM programming within Newham Heritage Centre, including a number of potential models. Identify potential funding opportunities for the programme moving forward. Produce a highly practical report that explains different potential future models for NHM, with recommendations for pathways for them to be achieved with a clear timeline.
