This role supports the delivery of marketing, communications and development activity across Cultural Services, with a particular focus on funding research, developing new contacts, and preparing presentation materials. The postholder will also support information and data management, reporting processes, and the maintenance of website and social media content. Working closely with the marketing and fundraising/sponsorship team, you will contribute to a range of campaigns and projects, helping to strengthen engagement, visibility and income generation across the service. Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week. Job Responsibilities
1. Monitor and update the Cultural Services web platforms, creating new events, keeping
information up to date, and escalating quality assurance issues.
2. Distribute content on digital channels (website, social media, email) and monitor response in accordance with agreed procedures.
3. Working closely with the Box Office team, providing support and training, monitor sales of memberships and data collection.
4. Provide on-site support for Cultural Services events, cultivation and fundraising events and venues, supporting general marketing and sponsorship activity.
5. Assist with proofing marketing and sponsorship materials, including posters and leaflets, brochures, info packs, programme books, and other materials as reasonably required.
6. Contribute to the digital communication strategy and provide support to the Sponsorship and Fundraising officer to research business leads, monitor effectiveness and produce update
