Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated, outgoing and innovative Marketing Manager to help develop and implement marketing initiatives for our diverse slate of cinema events. As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our business, utilise and grow your skills in entertainment marketing, and be mentored by a close-knit team committed to developing your career. We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and support all aspects of international entertainment marketing campaigns.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will be required to work in our London office 2 days a week minimum.

At Trafalgar Releasing, each release is assigned to a dedicated project delivery team. The below is a list of some, but not all, of the responsibilities expected of this role within this team:

1. Assist in or create a wide variety of copy writing assignments including event synopses, social copy, press releases, B2B communications, marketing briefs.

2. Oversee marketing material delivery schedules and timelines, and coordinate the timely receipt of all materials, ensuring that they are as required for a global release.

3. Leading in marketing asset origination over a variety of different types of assets, including AV, briefing and liaising with designers and clients.

4. Print all one-sheet and quad posters for use by global exhibitors.

5. Manage global ticketing website briefing, feedback and liaising with developer and client.

6. Assist with CRM campaign and exhibitor briefing strategy.

7. Upload all marketing assets to the Trafalgar Releasing asset management platforms.

8. Key contact between global marketing exhibition and TR on all the team's projects, implementing the trade marketing budget and campaign delivery.

9. Creating marketing plans on each title for both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and prior client relations experience

2. Proficiency across Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software programs

3. Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under deadlines

4. Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment

5. Creative outlook and passionate attention to detail

6. Prior experience with creative asset management

7. Proven ability to prioritise and multi-task

8. Permanent right to work in the UK

The ideal candidate will have a university degree and at least 4+ years of relevant professional experience within either the film or music industries.

Job Responsibilities

10. Place and fulfil competitions and promotions with partner exhibitors, sub-distributors and/or media partners.

11. Coordinate and manage external promotional partners to deliver campaign support.

12. Key liaison for radio campaigns, brief radio promoters, and manage ticket redemptions.

13. Updating film budgets where relevant and processing invoices onto Trafalgar Releasing's finance platform.

14. Liaising with key client teams when necessary, participating actively on video calls.

15. Full time management of the Marketing Co-ordinator, ensuring all tasks are completed.

16. Undertake any other duties, which may be reasonably requested of you for the effective functioning of the Trafalgar Releasing team.
