Description

Job Summary

We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced, tech-loving Senior Producer with a track record of delivering high-quality art/tech projects to lead our flagship programme, ART // TECH // PLAY.

Job Description

The Senior Producer will be the creative catalyst behind our ART // TECH // PLAY (ATP) programme and Associate Artists. This role bridges curation with hands-on project management, ensuring our activities support effective knowledge transfer and collaborations between artists, technologists, and academics result in innovative, public-facing experiences.

ATP is a partnership led by Collusion, currently with six partners - DanceEast, Cambridge Junction, Norwich Theatre, Norwich University of the Arts, Anglia Ruskin University, and University of Cambridge.

ATP engages with around 400 artists per year, aiming to develop new creative practice, ideas and projects, through the construction of an effective pipeline for the creation and distribution of new
artworks that reach and engage the public in innovative ways.

There is a lot of variety in our work- no two weeks are the same! A key focus for the Senior Producer will be integrating the findings of our 2026 Superorganism Report into our delivery models and providing vital creative input into our emerging AI programme.

Senior Producer requires a track record of delivering arts/tech projects with artists, experience touring and distributing work across the UK, and curating artist development programmes or residencies. You'll need hands-on technical skills (coding, Blender/Resolume, Arduino/Pi, sound, projection, sensors, lighting, VR - broad or specialist, you define it), confident multi-project and budget management in a small team, and strong written and verbal communication.
