As Venue Hire Manager, you'll be at the heart of our commercial activity - managing event bookings from first enquiry to final wrap-up, overseeing our caf -bar operations, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for every client. You'll work closely with our Co-Directors and Venue Hire team to grow income and maintain our reputation for excellence. Salary: Personal specification: Essential knowledge, skills and experience: Desirable skills The Venue Hire Manager oversees all aspects of Fabrica's private events, caf -bar operations, and event staffing, ensuring smooth, safe, and successful delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsible for achieving sales targets and maximising profitability, the role requires efficient, legally compliant management of hires and bar services. Working closely with the Executive Team to align with annual goals and strategies, the Manager also builds and sustains strong relationships with clients, partners, and freelancers-fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment that supports Fabrica's shared vision and long-term sustainability.
